JAMB notification to candidates on reschedule of exam date

Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has sent a message to all candidate writing this year, 2018 UTME examination over the reschedule of exam.

The examination board said that their is no plan to reschedule the 2018 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination date for no reason.

This information is in a response to series of complaint by some candidates that they have not been able to print their examination e-slip which Contail all the details needed  for the exam.

JAMB registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, remind all candidate writing the exam at a press conference in Abuja that the system is not the same with last year when the e-slip had been uploaded onto each candidate’s JAMB profile.

He said, “Candidates are expected to have printed their e-slip because we release it since Tuesday 6th March. The e-slip obviously contain vital information like exam town/centre, date and time allocated to each candidate.

Candidates are to note that there shall be no rescheduling if exam for no reason. It is advisable that they adhere strictly to the date and time allocated to them for the exam. Failure to turn up on the schedule date means that they have lost the opportunity.

Meanwhile JAMB P.R.O, Dr. Fabian has also advice candidate that have not seen e-slip notification to visit JAMB website and print it out.
