Nokia to launch 5G Network

Years ago,  Nokia was the king of all phones phones, Nokia start to lose market after the advent of phones like iPhone, BlackBerry, Tecno and so on.

Recently Nokia seems to have embark on a mission to reclaim their lost crown by launching 5G network on smartphone.

This revelation is from a recent news from T-Mobile, a North American phone company that sign a contract with Nokia.

This will make the company the first to produce a phone with 5G network on it.


The contract is for several years which will allow the Finnish company to develop the T-Mobile network with state-of-the-art technology.

The new network has 5G millimeter wavelengths of 600 MHz and 28 GHz compatible with the modern 3GPP 5G New Radio standards.

The North American company plan is to make a new move that allows the development of new technological zones.

The CTO Neville Ray ensures that the goal of the company is to provide 5G network for American customers all over the world.


Nokia has announce the birth of the Multidomain Architecture which will be an addition to an Evolution of Sites Service.

According to Monica Tives of the Silicon site, “they will help to work with precise technical requirements regardless of the supplier”, because “while the first promises to simplify the legacy and multi-vendor networks, “the second will allow the evolution of 2G – 4G to 5G and save on CAPEX and OPEX“.

With the birth of 5G network, Nokia will be a step above other phones company like Huawei, TECNO and so on.

The current President of Global Service Nokia, Sanjay Goel, says ” The evolution of the 5G network is not just about radio infrastructure, but about the entire multi-domain architecture and how operators can manage it”.

So the 5G network is a technology that can be used by any operator, for long.

Nokia has been making a come back move years now by improving their phone quality and satisfying their customers all over the world.
