How to care for natural hair

Taking care of your hair is one of the ways to a your beauty. There are many ways of taking care of your natural hair; using natural ways and industry product.

Instead of spending lot of money on Shampoos, conditioners and hair restoration you can take care of your hair naturally.

Here are how to take care of your hair naturally

1. Egg treatment

You can condition your hair using an egg, dry hair can also me moisture using egg white.

Directions: mix half a cup of an entire egg and apply it to your hair to clean, damp hair, leave for like 20 minute and wash with cool water.

2. Avoid washing hair with hot water

Hot water scrips protective oil from your hair thereby making it dry and brittle.

A temperature that is a bit warmer than your body temperature is preferable.

3. Cleanliness

Good cleanliness is good for healthy and beautiful hair growth. Dandruff and itchy scalp cause hair fall.

4. Trim your hair regularly

Hair should be trim regularly to avoid dry and splits end.

5. Bottle gourd treatment

Apply some bottle gourd juice to your hair, keep it for half an hour and then wash off thoroughly.

6. Honey and conditioner

Mix one cup of daily conditioner and 3 tablespoons of honey, apply the mixture on your hair (wet), wash thoroughly after 30 minutes.

This will make your hair to shine and close down cuticle.

7. Mixture of Baking soda and water

Mix three tablespoons of baking powder and some water, rinse your hair with this solution after shampooing.

Leave this hair for five minutes before final washing, this will remove excess shampoo from your hair.

8. Treatment for bouncy hair

Mix apple cider vinegar and warm water to your hair, rinse thoroughly after five minutes.

8. Avoid frequent washing

For proper regulation of natural hair oil, wash your hair every 2-3 days.

After washing you can apply lemon juice to get rid of dry and dull hair.

10. Home made conditioner

You  make your own protein packed conditioner by mixing egg and yoghurt.

Rub the mixture into your scalp leave for ten minutes and then wash thoroughly.

11. Treatment for strong hair

Almond oil is good for treating dry and damaged hair. Pour almond oil in a bowl and heat for 40 seconds, put it on your hair and leave for 30 minutes.

Wash with cold water, shampoo and conditioner.

12. Protect your hair before swimming

Put conditioner on your hair before entering swimming pool. Pool water is not hood for your hair because of the chemicals in it.

14. Avoid tieing your hair very tight to prevent breakage.

15. Using comb properly

Avoid brushing your hair with plastic bristles comb fo prevent hair breakage.

Brush the ends of your head first to remove tangles before taking the long stroke form.

This will help the proper spreading of natural hair oil and prevent breakage.
